I got Awakening earlier this week and I just learned you could get past FE characters though SpotPass. Does anyone know if those characters are still being distributed? Thanks.

Yes I received them all at once earlier this year.

There’s a menu where you can choose to look for spotpass extras manually. I recommend to use that.
