No. It's canon. I don't know where you read that. It takes place 20 years after the original F-Zero. One of the drivers in this game (not playable) claims to be Captain Falcon's son.

This is by far the worst F-Zero game I ever played, it makes the SNES's F-Zero look more enjoyble.
The controls are god awful, and we had better F-Zero games on the GBA, anyone remeber "F-Zero GP"?

If this is anyone's first F-Zero game, I feel sorry for you. You will end up disliking F-Zero forever

Also, there are instruction manuals for these games? Yes! After a few matches I was able to beat the CPU on Beginner on the first track, but I still don't feel like I fully understand this game yet.

This is probably my least favorite F-zero, but I'd still rather play this than single player campaign on any COD.

COD 2 had a good story... I hated Black Ops' story, it was just way too confusing and convoluted.

Least favourite of the Ambassador games atm. They already gave us Mario Kart (another choice I question); why give us another racing game?

They could have done it as a bit of advertisement for something they have planned.

I dislike the handling. I guess I only like Forza (I don't play it much, but it's fun) and Mario Kart like games. i.e. Sonic and Sega All-Stars Racing.

They gave us like 3 platformers... It's hard to do one of each genre!

That's what I thought too. I'm sure we're just thinking too much of a free game, but a portable, 3D, 20 player online F-zero would be amazing!! I think the 20 player online thing would work better on WiiU but I just want a new F-zero already!

.. Yeah, this isn't really my first F-Zero game but it's the first I own.. I dunno, I'm trying to like it, but I gave up. Feels so bare bones. Will rather have an original F-Zero game on 3DS.
