Topic: Eshop Question?

I've just recently traded in my old dsi towards the purchase of a new 3DS. While it was diffinately a cheaper route, I was unable to transfer my old purchases when I traded it in. (Unless Gamestop would have transfered them for me, which would really suck :/) Anyways, I lost my flipnote studio application, and I was wondering if it's available on the Eshop, because I can't find it if it is...
