Topic: Did anyone else notice...

@3Dangerous3Dash, surelly you have one to compare, right? Now I have both, 3DS and Vita and between these two there is one that is years ahead of the other in all and every aspect (battery life included).

I read online (about the Vita) that after only one hour of game play the battery is already down by half, plus it has a non-accessible battery so you can't put in a new one.
I really like my 3ds and I think it is really hitting its stride now that so many good games are coming out Plus, I am addicted to swapnote

Meanwhile I was too busy being excited for the Vita to care about Nintendo Direct. Good thing, too, doesn't look like I missed much. Now excuse me while I go back to drooling over more Wipeout 2048 screenshots.

3DS is better than Vita, Wii U WILL be better, Xbox 360 is better, and graphics isnt everything.(although it is a lot)

I'd prefer a good game to good graphics, but i do like good graphics, anyway, Vita could b ok but it took some falls that they cant undo.

I finally saw a Vita ad on TV, late at night after it launched on a pay TV sports channel.
Great advertisement there Sony, if I wasn't always hanging around game websites I probably wouldn't even know it exists till now.
I'm not rich, so only one handheld for me, and I love my 3DS.

I guess you dont have one, I guess you have not even tested one in a shop. All I will tell you is that Im a PC gamer, I've always considered the consoles as good gaming tools for my kids and I've never been impressed by anyone, until two days ago.

Well, 3G, for example, good idea. AT&T bad idea. idk what's on the back but it sounds annoying. That and there is only one thing new on it, the weird thing on the back. It costs way too much for what it does. Oh, and whoever said 3ds says hi, that's just the circle pad pro. If you want to go that direction, remember the booster pak.

Oh, and @Mandoble you may like PushSquare better than Nintendo life.

@3Dangerous3Dash, I have 6 handhelds, 4 from Nintendo and 2 from Sony, I dont need to become fanatic of any one.

how do you back up your statement? saying something doesn't automatically make it so. have you played one? have you experienced a vita at all? you say the thing on the back seems annoying...yet you don't know what it is.

why are you offended if anyone dare like the vita along with the 3DS? do you own stock or have an uncle out of a job because of sony? why does it have to be a pi$$ing contest? they are hardware for playing games.

Then why are the majority of your posts on this site bashing Nintendo or going on about how much better the other major game companies are? Although, 3dangerous3dash seems to be the opposite as he seems to love bashing Sony even when he doesn't have much to support his arguments.

I assumed 3Dangerous3Dash was preteen given his childish Nintendo-hugging views. Then I noticed his Mii has a beard. So either his Mii is not representative or himself, or he's just sort of tragic.

Personally, I quite like the Vita. Whether or not I'll get one remains to be seen, but that's purely a financial issue - I have a new PC to buy at some point; my work has to take priority unfortunately. That Wipeout 2048 looks gorgeous though.

Sooner or later you will learn what the attitude of a customer should be, and it is in the antipodes of the fan-atics. So far I'm quite impressed with the Vita, but sooner or later I will find issues and I will critize them to the bone. From Nintendo, the only well designed console lately is the DSiXL, probably you already know what I think about the rest (and I have them all).

If you hate Nintendo so much, why did you join this site? Whats the point in being this site if you're just going to endlessly complain about the company its dedicated to and rarely say anything else?

Do you realise how arrogant you are sounding? I'm not saying this because I think the attitudes of the fanatics is the best attitude but from what you've been saying, it sounds like your implying that the only correct attitude of a customer is yours which seems to be basing the purchase mainly on the specs of the console or other similar aspects, am I right? I base my decisions on what consoles to get on the games for the consoles which is why I get Nintendo consoles as there are more games on those consoles that appeal to me but I guess that must be the wrong way to decide on the games consoles I get then. Then again, I may just be interpreting what you're saying wrongly which can happen on the internet and if that is the case then I take back my response.

Why do you care? There could be a number of reasons why he joined this site, and it surely wasn't just to bash Nintenoobs. But hey things wouldn't be as fun without the nice flame war every now and then caused by a little opinion that people should just ignore

Nice, too bad that's not a fact but an opinion. I'm sure yours is perfectly valid but there's no reason to go around ranting about how much better it is than 2D all the time.

I for one hate 3D, it's just a stupid gimmick to me that hurts my eyes. That's my opinion
