So my circle pad pro fell in the water, and now, whenever I play monster hunter the camera either spins around, or just goes in random directions, that I can't control. Is there anyway to fix this, or is it just dead permanently.

It drowned. Bereft of life, it rests in peace. It's an ex-Circle Pad Pro!

In all seriousness, try replacing the batteries and ensuring that the system is totally dry as it may still contain moisture. Some people recommend enveloping water-damaged electronic devices in rice in order to absorb most of the moisture. Towels/napkins are not recommended as fibres may linger. Worst case scenario is that you'll need to purchase a new Circle Pad Pro.

"Gee, that's really persuasive. Do you have any actual points to make other than to essentially say 'me Tarzan, physical bad, digital good'?"
