Maybe final fantasy 1 from the nes because the Wii got that one on virtual console. As for the others no.
but I think we are going to get turbo grafx 16 games soon japan has 4 so I think we will get most likely about 6 to 10 before it is all done and maybe some bomberman games

3DS VC pretty much died outside of the SNES games on New 3DS in the last year (aside from the Gen 1 Pokemon games: Red, Green, Blue and Yellow released in Japan, and Red, Blue, Yellow released in all other regions. English, French and Spanish available in NA, while German and Italian are additionally available in EU. Through Gen V, only English version were available originally in NA.).
The only New 3DS I have is a Japanese console, so I can post the available list for that region if others want to compare:
