Looks like the day of the week Japanese eShop reveals their next week releases will be on a different day of the week from now on despite them still getting their new set of releases on Wednesday.
Europe oddly gets "Donkey Kong: Original Version" as a permanent download. It makes me wonder what will happen to the regular NES version of the game, I wonder wonder if it will get a Wii U VC release and/or if it will be released in Japan and North America.
It was already released in North America, though only through a promotion a couple years ago.
I see DK was not one of the Ambassador games (though DK Jr. was), but what if it was? Since I did get DKOV through that promotion, if it was released as an update to the standard version, would it try to upgrade me to something I already have?
If it's being released in Europe it's certainly coming to NA sometime within the next year. So we'll probably hear complaining about that.
(or Nintendo will have broken their record for pointless delays. I can't remember what this now, maybe like eight months?)
