Topic: 3DS Update...

Just got an update, doesn't seem anything big. Checked their website and said it adds Nintendo Network ID support...which doesn't make much sense, since that has been out on this thing for a while now. lol

I got the update, too.... I haven't noticed anything different. Lol

There has to be more to the update...

Where do they usually post about the update besides that one page I found?

it's just more improvements to overall system stability.

Those have got to be some major changes if it warrants a bump from 7.2.0 to 8.0.0.

I have no clue what they mean by that.

This is Nintendo laying down the groundwork for something big. Maybe its a early Amiibo preparation update or something. Remember when Miiverse finally hit 3DS? There were preparation updates for that, too.

It means "now your system can't use the latest piracy technology".

I keep getting "an error has occured. Unable to update." Can't buy FE DLCs now :c

Same thing happened to me this morning. Ah, you have to love such Nintendo stability, don't you!?!?

So it's only temporary I presume, hooray for trying again every ten minutes!

I only got a connection error once, but it was with Pokemon Y. Never had issues with updating though.

Got the error once. It worked the second time I tried ^^ (unlike the Louvre game, wich took at least a doozen tries -.-

Mine worked the 2nd time as well, thankfully.

i tried it once and also got an error. i will wait now until i hear everything should work fine

I got the error two or three times, but I just kept trying and eventually it worked fine, no harm done.
