@Cleetmart for internet registering, you have to add my FC on your 3DS as well and once we've both got each other's friends codes registered, it should give you a notification saying we're friends and no longer provisionally registered.

I added your FC too and it also still says Provisional. I did follow you on Miiverse with no problem though @shonenjump86

@cleetmart I suppose the thing to do would be to double check the friend codes on your end. Make sure you entered yours correctly into the post so I have the correct code entered. I can verify on my end that I have entered yours correctly from what you have typed out and mine is correct in my signature. I would start there. That may be the problem with @shonenjump86 as well.

Make sure you have internet connectivity as well though this is less likely as you need it to register codes to begin with.
I would double check your FC on your friend card and make sure you've got it entered correctly on the forum just to be safe
