Ok troubleshooting:

Traded Egg (Snivy) to Kaito (Local) and it went no problem.

Traded Egg (Carvanha) to Kaito (Local) and it went no problem.

Traded Egg (Snivy) back to Thor (Local) and it went no problem.

Tried to trade Egg (Snivy) to Kaito / Jim (Internet /Wifi) and it won't let the Egg trade.

Tried to trade Egg (Skrelp) to Kaito / Jim (Internet /Wifi) and it won't let the Egg trade.

Looks like Eggs are being blocked via WiFi currently???

Technically, odd/odd/odd/odd/odd/even and odd/even/even/odd/odd/odd is hp ice. Or.. 31/31/31/31/31/30 31/30/30/31/31/31 at the highest IVs possible. It doesn't have to be that low
