Didn't Madden skip a couple years for the N64 too. The football games I remember is NFL Blitz and Quarterback Club. I think there was one Madden game or two. One of them was unlicensed I think as well.

I heard that SC V might be coming out on the WiiU. Though it hasn't been confirmed yet, but SC V is coming out 2012 so it is possible.

It's nice to see some more good fighting games like Tekken coming out on Nintendo systems. All we need now is Virtura Fighter.
