Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and Joy-Con Wheels

We're literally counting down the days until Mario Kart 8 Deluxe lands on the Switch. It launches on 28th April along with these attractive Joy-Con Wheels, and is well worth preordering.

Power-Up With PowerA

PowerA have a few latecomers to the Switch accessories roster which look worthwhile. The Switch Everywhere Messenger bag is available from 25th March and looks really snazzy. Then on 31st March you can pick up a Joy-Con Charging Dock, which will charge 4 Joy-Cons at once, PowerA are also releasing a wider alternative to the Switch Joy-Con grip in both black and red colours, which features double-injected rubber grips.

Puyo Puyo Tetris

Coming up on 25th April we have SEGA's competitive action puzzler Puyo Puyo Tetris. There are tons of different arcade modes 1 to 4 players can use to compete, from the classic Versus to Fusion mode, where each board has both Puyos and Tetriminos.

Cheap Pro Controller Alternative

While we absolutely love the official Nintendo Switch Pro Controller, but let's be honest it is a bit expensive, isn't it? Well here's some great news, on 13th April you'll be able to pick up a third party equivalent for only $29.99. The Retro Fighters Turbo Controller looks like it might be worth a look for the player two in your life!

Going Undercover

LEGO City: Undercover was one of the best games on the Wii U, but the awful loading times did hamper the experience somewhat. We look forward to exploring the sprawling open-world metropolis that is LEGO City again on Switch (hopefully without the loading times!) on 4th April.

Hyperkin Switch Charging Madness

Those tinkers at Hyperkin are really serious about giving you options for charging your Switch. From 12th April you'll be able to get a much cheaper AC adaptor than the official one, a car charger for the Switch and a good old USB-C charging cable.

More Hori Goodness

Who doesn't love a bit of Hori? They make some of the best officially-licensed Nintendo accessories and have done for years. Their Joy-Con charging dock might give PowerA's alternative listed above a run for its money. This is available from 18th April.

So that's it until the end of April... did we miss anything? Let us know with a comment and also tell us if you've preordered any of these goodies!
