I remember magazine reviewers complain back in 1992 that Super Mario Kart was too easy.

Edgey, Gumshoe, Godot, Sissel, Larry, then Mia, Franziska, Maggie, Kay and Lynne.

I'm throwing my money at the screen but nothing happens!

I got better at turning but the CPUs are still cheap as heck. I learned the CPUs have infinite Feathers as well. I was able to beat Flower Cup but I only got Gold in 1.

Play against a human component, much better, battle mode is fantastic. Also yes the computer cheats but that's the challenge,practice makes perfect an' all that
