Earlier I made a thread asking the best Super Smash Bros. Brawl songs,so afterwords I looked online and found YOU CAN DOWNLOAD THE WHOLE SOUNDTRACK FREE all 304 tracks free and legal, so I downloaded it and I've been listning to it all day on my DSi and iPhone! To download it go to: http://www.screwattack.com/node/3160 It took me hours on my broadband connection but it was completely worth it!
Ummmmm.... Based on the fact it's a mediafire link and not a "proper" server I would hazard a guess that it's not legal. However, as you own the game, which includes the music, I think it may be legal for you to own if you're not from the States (which your profile says you are).
Yea I'm from the states, and so is screwattack and they claim it to be legal and they are very trust worthy! So far FBI and CIA agents haven't busted in my house, so I'm shure it's fine.

I'm very surprised not more people are jumping on this download with all the SSBB followers out there. I guess people like to play it safe, I can understand that. but If they say its legal, I belive them.
...304?! There's more? Or wait is this just including those songs that you can't listen on the sound test like the KK appearance ones and etc...ah whatever, I basically have the main soundtrack downloaded already anyway, I'm good. lol
