So my right analog stick on my gamepad is no longer responsive. I can't use it to move around and on Arkham City it makes the camera keep spinning. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Best contact Nintendo. I doubt many people have experienced broken gamepad control sticks yet, it's only been out for two months.

Out of sheer curiosity, did anything happen to the gamepad? A bad fall, a spill, a child chewing on it, etc?

Nothing had happened. I haven't dropped it at all or done anything else. I used it earlier and it was fine, a couple hours later it didn't work. I guess I'll try calling Nintendo later. Man, I have the BEST of luck.

Yeah, Nintendo would be your best bet, hopefully they have a fix that doesn't involve sending it in (though at least it's under warranty). I wish you the best of luck. It sucks but this stuff happens sometimes.

Lay gamepad flat ( on of course ) let both sticks return to central position and then press and hold a , b , + and - for a few seconds. see if it works

There probably is, most controllers have one, looking through the hardware manual would yield a result but even so, most resets like this are just temporary and have to be done every time the system is turned on, which can be irritating after awhile, if that's the case it might be better to get it fixed or replaced. And, depending on the problem, the reset might not even help, it's usually used if the system is booted up with the controller off center.

The same thing happened to me. Don't worry. I went back to the main Wii U menu, messed with the stick for a minute or two, then booted up Arkham City and it worked fine.

I've just e-mailed Nintendo about my problem. It looks as though I will have to send it in. It still does not work. Oh well.

That is unfortunate but at least it's under warranty. Nintendo has a relatively fast turn around time, I've had a couple repairs from them before.

I called them and I will be getting it repaired. Everything turned out good. Plus, the customer service was really good.
