Topic: Question about the New Miiverse

I've got a question about Miiverse, not sure if this is the right forum to ask in.

Is there no longer an ability to just post a "status", unaccompanied by a screenshot? I access Miiverse on my iPhone often, and the option to post seems to have disappeared. I know one could post a status in a game like Splatoon from the lobby, but is there no way to just post in general? Or is the new "discussion" feature meant to replace that? That would be find except you can only have one discussion going at a time, as far as I know.

Discussions replaced what you're talking about.

There is an still an option to post stuff. If you don't have the same game with the community in relation to the game turned on while posting (i.e I'm playing Smash bros but I wanna post stuff in splatoon.) then the play journal won't work. The only option will be is to post drawings (if you have a 3ds/wiiu) or post in the discussion box.
