2D - Castlevania: Rondo of Blood
3D - Silent Hill. Or Final Fantasy 7. Or Metal Gear Solid. Or Monster Rancher 2. To be honest, picking my favorite PS1 game is almost an impossibility, since the system's library was so full of instantly classic experiences.
@MarioLover92 It's a great way to play the classics. I also played Sonic 1 and Sonic 2 before Sega went third party, Sonic 2 on my brother's Genesis, and Sonic 1 via Sega Smash Pack on Dreamcast. Also Sonic 3D Blast, I remember I had the opportunity to play it before it released as my family had Sega Channel for the Genesis when I was a kid. Crazy to think that was downloading games online long before it was the norm.
The resident Trolls superfan! Saw Trolls Band Together via early access and absolutely loved it!
Super Mario 64
Banjo-Kazooie
Mario Kart: Double Dash
Super Smash Bros. Melee
F-Zero (original, X, and GX)
Star Fox 64
Super Metroid
Jak and Daxter (plus Jak 2 and 3)
Crash Bandicoot: Warped
Crash Team Racing
@Sunsy Oh that's cool, you guys were quite lucky to have Sega Channel back then! I never got to use it, because I was insanely young back then and we never had a Genesis back in that time. We just had the SNES. I was only 2 when Sega Channel came out. I do have a couple games that came out on SC though (Pulseman on the Wii VC, and Mega Man: The Wily Wars on the Genesis Mini).
I should also mention Sonic CD, as that is my favorite classic Sonic game.
@MarioLover92 Yeah, IIRC they had a solitaire game that was exclusive too. I remember checking it out and the cards all had Sega Channel logos. It's great knowing those got re-released and didn't get lost to time by being tied to an old online service.

@Sunsy Agreed. Too bad about Pulseman though, since that game went down along with the Wii Shop Channel. I'm happy to have gotten it (it's still downloaded on my Wii U's virtual Wii menu), since it's one of the lesser-known games on the Genesis/Mega Drive and a good one at that.
Zelda a Link to the Past

The Unholy War
Dynasty Warriors 4
Dungeon Keeper 2

I haven't played these yet. I'm currently in Wonder Boy weeks. Played "Wonder Boy in Monster Land" and "Wonder Boy III: The Dragon's Trap" so far, both Master System. Next on the list are "Wonder Boy in Monster World" (Mega Drive) and two games on the Switch: "Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom" and "Wonder Boy: Asha in Monster World".
Since January 2021 owner of my first real Nintendo "home" console.
For Amiga 500 fans, I have just seen that Super Cars 2 is confirmed for the A500 Mini. The games line up is looking good. Still hoping Lemmings and Cannon Fodder will make the cut
