I joined hoping someone on here could help me (found this following a link to the SNES Mario Kart Championships). I recently won an auction for a lot of Nintendo stuff (Gamecube, N64 and DS games and systems with a mix of U.S., EU and JP stuff). One of the most intriguing things is this airbrushed or hand painted DS that the seller claimed to have won in a Mario Kart DS Championship. Can anyone shed any light on this? The artwork looks to be from Double Dash so I'm thinking this is definitely not an official Nintendo one-of-a-kind painted DS.
