Well, wow. After the closure of LucasArts by Disney, developer Raven has made 2 classic Star Wars games open source for interested developers to do with as they please. Not very often a full commercial title goes open source, let alone a licensed one, so this is pretty cool news! Anyone going to have a tinker with it?
