How rare is a Jirachi?

Does anyone have a Chikorita or a Gligar they can trade? I can offer the following: Mawile, Growlithe, Meowth, Vulpix, Sneasel, Electabuzz, Horsea, Swablu, Cherubi, Clefairy, and Kabuto. They're all between lvl. 1 and 20, except Sneasel, who's at level 42.

@lockd @croogix hey, i just wanted to tell you guys that i decided to keep my rare pokemon and legendaries. the main reason is because i want to have good pokemon to trade for zekrom (the pokemon white mascot, and he is currently my favorite pokemon) since i will only be getting the ruby and sapphire remakes. sorry about the big mess i made
