The pichu is legit. it has a trainer name on bulbapedia

the mew also has a red trainer name on bulbapedia so it should be legit as well

red trainer name = girl
blue trainer name = boy

but just to back myself up a little bit heh. . . lol both the hacked pokemon that i know 100% were hacked cause they were caught on random routes where they dont appear had red trainer names.

'k, there's no such thing as a shiny mew. You can only legitimately get one via a nintendo event, and none of them have released a shiny mew. If you want a hacked one, great, but there's no such thing as a legit shiny mew.
