I had a repair carried out on my console and since it's been returned I can't play the Switch on the TV. I've tried new cables, turning the power off and disconnecting etc but still won't work, has anyone got any ideas? I've also tried it on different TVs around the house land still no joy so definitely a console/dock error.
@Eccers Who did the repair - was it Nintendo? If so, I'd recommend getting in touch with them and let them know what's happened. I'm not saying its related to the repair, but seems a bit too much of a coincidence. Is there any way you can check whether it's the Switch or the dock that's the issue? Borrow another console from a friend, or try yours in another dock?
@Eccers Nintendo's support site is a good resource. If you can't solve it with troubleshooting from Nintendo Support's site, that's been a reliable sign that something in the hardware setup (AC adapter, dock, Switch) still needs repair or replacing.
