@SwitchForceWhen you reload the completed save file after finishing the game it takes you back to the save point right before you fight the final boss. However, there is an NPC that appears in Fun City that allows you to go back to the previous world whenever you want (they only appear after you beat the game).
Star ocean is a great game. It is only 2 and 3 which I liked. Star ocean 6 would have been great but I hope it will have a future for the star ocean series. Poor star ocean three.
