Topic: Nintendo Switch Profiles (main and secondary)

Hi guys,

I'm facing some troubles with the profiles in my Switch. The first time I turned it on, I let my friend from France do all the job (don't ask me why) to register a new account, etc. So he did with his infos and later I did a new profile with my infos (I'm from Brazil). So now I can't make my profile as the main profile. I tried to go in his account on Nintendo eShop and remove him as the main profile, I put his password it says it was success but when I check it again, his account is back to be the main profile. The fact is, I bought some digital games in my account and now I can't share them with others profiles or I even can play offline because I'm secondary. I tried to make the process on Switch and also on website. In both cases I can remove his as the main profile but it automactly back to be the main. And I'm affraid to delete his account from my switch and lose any game (Pokemon Let's Go console version, so if I delete his account, will I probably lose the game?)

I sent an email to Nintendo Support some days ago but I didn't have any reply back, so I'm here to ask your help.
