While I have played all the Metroid games on every Nintendo system. My favorite will always be Metroid Prime. With the announcement of Metroid 4 coming to the Nintendo switch I couldn't help but wonder what form the game would take as much as I enjoyed the FPS version my hope is that they do a third-person open world version along the lines of BoTW, Anthem, Red Dead redemption, and even Mass Effect: Andromeda. What do you guys think.
@MrH do you remember how brilliant metroid prime was nearly 20 years ago. how it was a massive upgrade for a franchise. well i reckon 20 years later its going to have to be something better. but with the people nintendo have working for the shigeru miyamoto, sega, sonic team, and loads others id say that wont be too difficult . i only bought a switch 5 months ago, just waiting for metroid 4. i hope its something brilliant, i really do.
