Topic: Kamen Rider Climax Scramble Zi-O

This is a Japan and Southeast Asia exclusive release. It supports English straight away although the popular import sites fail to point out that the Japanese version supports English. Anywho, it's an arena fighter, like ARMS or My Hero One's Justice. Built on the Unity engine, it isn't a terrible looking game. However, the gameplay is...serviceable. Great as far as local multiplayer games go, but certainly not in consideration for EVO.

I powered through the story mode in five hours. I didn't pay any attention to the actual story since this is my first experience with the Kamen Rider series. It's your usual tale about high school students turned into super heroes. And some evil force is turning the heroes against each other, hence the fighting.

The gameplay feels like a less-cool, less-enjoyable version of Power Stone. I'd give it a 6/10. If you're a collector, grab a copy, I don't believe this game will leave Japan. If you're an arena-fighter fan, skip it. As I said previously, go play ARMS or My Hero One's Justice rather than this.
