I seem to be having some issues with my controllers... Playing Mario Kart, if I have them attached to the console , it all works fine. However, if I detach the controllers and try to play wirelessly, the connection is lost all the time, I cannot play at all as it keeps on asking me to sync them.
Hey, I just had the exact same issue yesterday when playing the Octopath demo. I detached the joy-cons and then they started desyncing and resyncing over and over again.
Then I turned the Switch off completely (hold in the power button long enough to bring up the power options menu), turned it back on again, and the issue was solved, just like that. Give it a try, hopefully it could work out for you too.
