Topic: grey dots on screen

hi all, i got a brand new nintendo switch for my birthday and immediately i noticed two grey dots on the screen which will not go away. it is quite irritating and does anyone know whether i would be able to send it to nintendo under warranty or if anyone else has this problem.

Sounds like dead pixels. See if you/gift giver can’t return it to the store first, that’d be quicker.

I had the same issue with my Switch. I had to endure 2 months of Nintendo telling me that I only imagine that there are dead pixels.
After that I forced them to give me my money back and I got another Switch with no dead pixels.

The service was ok just because at the end they were willing to accept a return.
