I just bought Attack On Titan : The Final Battle on my switch using the Nintendo eShop. The game did not automatically download like most do, so I had to go into my account information and manually hit “redownload software”. It said “download started”, then I went to check it on the home page and it wasn’t there. I have restarted my switch, freed up more than enough space, gone into user settings and did the manage download things, I’m honestly lost here. I just spent 60 bucks on this game and I really wanna play it.

Seems to be something that's going on with the eshop right now. A lot of people are trying to install other games and demos, and the eshop seemed to be delayed with it. The only thing I can say, is give it an hour or two, and it probably will pop up. That's what I had to do for the Monster Hunter demo.

You need to contact Nintendo support for this issues of download problems. There could be more that isn't being mentioned here and it will need Nintendo support to look into it.

@blhued Servers have been getting overwhelmed at peak times because of pandemic, more people are playing games, buying games & consoles, holiday gifts, staying indoors because of winter.

If things won't download from eshop, leave your Switch in sleep mode over night and it will automatically download by morning. Sleep-mode download speeds are just as fast as when console is powered on.

Had the same problem a couple of hours ago, trying to download the MHR demo. Put the Switch into sleep mode and when I checked it again just now, the game had appeared, downloaded and ready. So I think you will get your game.
