I played this for a good hand full of levels but I didn't finish it on Steam. Now that it's on sale on Switch I thought maybe but I noticed the rating had Strong Sexual Content...WHAT?! Where?! lol Does anyone know? I think I won't get it but it's because I don't like moving a cursor with a joy stick however now i'm curious.
@magnumc500 Strong sexual themes more likely means implied adult relationships, sexual humor and somewhat pervy scenes. The game is rated M, almost certainly primarily because of the violence considering the game in question. But Nintendo, Sony and Microsoft all do not allow any porn on their consoles. Period. The only time you might see full nudity, rape or other extremely mature content like that might be in a detective game investigating crime - where the content is portrayed as such.
@Anti-Matter Not on any game console made by Nintendo, Sony or Microsoft. None of them allow any porn. And it's rather rude that you would consider LGBTQ stuff in the same category as rape.

@magnumc500 Well, the ESRB website describes it as having ‘Violence, Blood and Gore, Strong Sexual Content, Strong Language’, although it only lists the PS4 and Xbox One as platforms.
If it's a digital-only game, it may also have been given an automated rating via IARC, which isn't peer-reviewed by ESRB themselves, and may therefore be stricter (or even more lenient) than what the rating should have been had it been assessed via the traditional fashion.
The ESRB's M rating is extremely permissive though, just shy of outright pornography, it allows virtually everything else.
