just finished Bug Fables today and it was awesome. ~30 hours it was slow the first eight or so hours but picked up once you get the medals (customization system). as if you've heard 1000 times, if you loved the first 2 paper marios, this is a must have. probably better since its modernized. 9/10. great post game content too and even a card game like a great RPG should.

Octopath Traveler is a great choice for classic RPG fans. It's visuals are really unique and easy on the eyes and the combat is similar to that of Bravely Default. 8/10 for me.
Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana (9/10)
Octopath Traveler (8/10)
Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch (8/10)
Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of An Elusive Age (9/10)
Fire Emblem: Three Houses (8/10)
Tales of Vesperia (9/10)
Diablo 3 (8/10)
Xenoblade Chronicles 2 (8/10)
And, if they count...
Monster Hunter Generations: Ultimate (9/10)
God Eater 3 (8/10)
If you like action RPGs, my personal number 1 recommendation would be Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana. If you like turn-based RPGs, my personal number 1 recommendation would be Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age.
