Topic: 1 family group, 2 consoles in a family group help needed please

Hi, 2 consoles bought, 2 children added to parent Nintendo account. Funds added to parent as can't see how to add to child. games bought each and downloaded by me adding the parent account to each console and now games saying "you must have the software in order to play", but we've bought it and its downloaded. beyond frustrated now.

I know from someone else they have link each child to different email addresses, but that means the family online membership doesn't work.

Searched forums and Nintendo FAQs and don't understand what to do at all.
The only solution I can think of is to take me as parent off the consoles and find out how to add money to the Childs account - I don't have any restrictions on buying for each of their supervised accounts - but still don't seem to be able to add money

Can anyone help please? Thank you

@Elainemac I see your in the UK. Nintendo UK support has a phone number, but it only shows at the bottom of the email from on their contact page. So, select region and category to get the email form. (unless it's changed in recent months. I'm in US, and it no longer lets me get that far from my location. I was able to see the phone nubmer last summer.) If their phone is shut down due to covid, you may have to use email.
