Apologies if this is old news, but I just managed to finally order today the GameCube Controller Adapter for Wii U from the UK Nintendo Store. Not sure when they started restocking, but considering I've had to wait since Christmas - I'm happy as I can finally make use of that lovely Super Smash Gamecube Controller that my family bought me sans the Adapter :-S
