Topic: Screwed by interference between Wii U and gamepad

I'm not even the owner of a new Wii U (it's now shipped), and I already know I'm screwed...

I was setting up my wii u to a HD projector on the ceiling, but not via wire, instead using a wireless system as this:

http://www.optoma.co.uk/accessorydetail.aspx?PC=WHD200

Transmitter attached to Wii U and AV, receiver by the ceiling with the projector.

Problem is that this system works at 4.9-5.3GHZ, and the Gamepad frequency is 5GHZ. I already found in a french forum that somebody had problems.

So I don't even know if I should take the Wii U out of the box, or change my wireless connection to the receiver.
The projector is already in the ceiling, fully installed, and being a short throw I cannot move it away and needs to stay close to the wall. I don't want to run wires across the ceiling, or even worse cut the wall. Sounds like I'm out of options??

I know this is not a tech forum, but since I'm not even a Nintendo registered owner yet, I cannot register to the Nintendo technical forum.

My ideal solutions would be to choose to change the frequency either in the Wii U gamepad (possibly an update?), or in the wireless communicator.

Anyone has an idea?

Sounds like I'm screwed...

The hell.... Merry Christmas everyone!

Hy, I'm french. Please, excuse me for my poor English.
I have the same problem like you. Did you manage to solve it?
In which french forum did you find this problem?

Best regards.
