Yesterday my switch was fine, both joy con working normally, then suddenly the left one has stopped working all together. It doesn’t work even when plugged into the switch, is not charging (I left it on and docked over night) and there are no lights at all, it doesn’t show on my switch anymore and won’t pair. I’ve read loads of forums and help....tried unplugging the AC power, pressing the sync button, pressing the minus button, unpairing the controllers plugging them into the switch trying them not plugged in etc and nothing has worked. It’s completely dead and I have no idea.
It should be under warranty but I don’t have the receipt from purchase to send it off to Nintendo.
@Wa1k3rJ22 i had a problem with my left joycon to, mine was a little less severe than yours though. we found the receipt and sent it to nintendo to get it fixed, it didnt take long to get it back which was nice. i extremely doubt this has anything to do with yours but apparantley being and playing to close to an aqaurium is bad for them. when i looked up joycon problems most of the time it was just left joycons that people were having problems with. have you ever dropped it?
