So i decide to get Earthbound as my reward. In the middle of me ordering it Club Nintendo goes down for maintenance. I thought what ever I'll get it when its done. The next morning i go on Club Nintendo to find out i can't pick my reward, so i wait for the email. 48 hours later and i haven't gotten an email. I have even tried emailing Nintendo but haven't gotten any reply back. Any advice to get my reward would be very appreciated.
