Topic: Bought N3DS from Nintendo shop - problem with account?

Hi guys, first of all, I'm informed Nintendo about my situation via email, but I also wanted to ask if somebody had similar experiences.

I made today account at an official Nintendo UK store and bought N3DS XL, I got an email with order confirmation etc. And... I went to sleep. After 10 hours I wanted to check my status of the order, on my mail nothing arrived so I tried to check my account and I realized that the account doesn't exist anymore or something like that because I tried to log in and it was saying that it is incorrect, I used recovery password and I got an email that there is no accounts for this email. I didn't get any info about my account or order so I completely didn't know what to do, all what I could do was send a message to them,

I have no idea what happened to my account and, furthermore, to my order, it was canceled or is still in progress? My money wasn't taken (well I read that they are taking it when dispatch starts). I think it was cancelled because the estimated delivery date was Sunday, so they should dispatch today...

Any clues?
