Over a year after my previous post and my opinion still hasn't changed. More memory bandwidth and more RAM for developers. If a game runs on PS4 it should run on the Switch successor just as well. Games playing 720p in handheld, 4k while docked. Sure.
An SSD would be super-nice, but Nintendo will probably continue to depend on micro sd cards for storage if the Switch successor continues to use cartridges. Unless...the Switch successor is going to be digital-only? (Since that's where the industry is headed, an all-digital future.) At that point I think an ssd would be mandatory.

@Magician I guess duplicate topics are where it's at these days. Is that what the kids are doing? 😉 I didn't want to make a duplicate topic and, this was the most general-thread-like on the subject.
Nintendo Switch Backward Compatibility (+ Micro SD Slot) & 1080p/60FPS are my main wishes for the new Nintendo console. Due to the barely using of the Handheld-Mode I wouldn't have a problem if it will become a true home console again, but I think they nailed it with the concept, so, I hope they will do the right thing
