Topic: Got Whirlwind used?

JaythekidRS	1. Posted: Mon 21st Jan 2013 02:03 GMT For Christmas, I got a Whirlwind Skylander, and when I put it on my PoP(portal of power), Whirlwind had a hat on...AND she was level 6! I know she was from Target, packaged and everything. WTF IS GOING ON HERE?!

I dont know much about the game but I see small children all the time playing with the demo and the figures in the packages at my Target. I am not sure if it works that way or what cause I am usually busy playin around with the 3DSXL demo which is right around the corner.
