Topic: Help! Dazzle Recorder Problem

I bought a Dazzle Recorder to capture game footage.
I have Windows 7 ultimate 32 bit.

I installed the pinnicle dvd recorder software that came with it and then when i freaking plug the Dazzle into my Laptop it says "the usb device is not regonised"

I have installed so many drivers it surreal.

I want know what am i doing wrong?
i have put it in compatibilty to windows vista and XP yet it wont work.....someone please help me...i paid alot of money for this damn thing...

That could cause a conflict. Uninstall the drivers, then start from scratch. Allow it to connect to the internet to search for drivers for the new hardware, if that doesn't work, direct it to the location of the install software.

As with any IT question, it's hard to know what to advise without peering over shoulder (which I can't). :/

According to this page, the hardware should work fine with your OS, but I'd scoot about some FAQ's and check forums (get googlin') to see if anyone else has had these issues. Good luck.

Chill man, Christmas isn't ruined because you can't get a device to work yet. Relax and read the directions for starters.

Quick update;Turns out the freaking thing was broken.....
I spent hours today trying to download new patches and drivers.....but it was the godamn thing all along....

hahaha, well at least you know what to do now -- return it and get it replaced. :3
