@IndianDan - any information you get from your Nintendo rep can't be added to Wikipedia. Any dates on Wikipedia have to be announced on official Nintendo websites (or the developers website), or on well known unofficial sites such as N-Europe and GoNintendo. But if your Nintendo rep can add information to Nintendo.com/Nintendo.co.uk/etc, then list that address as a source.
On a different topic, good job finding that DSiWare page - hopefully that means Nintendo are planning something soon, otherwise it would have been silly of them to add that to their site!
EDIT: Interestingly, going to the flipnote index page http://nintendodsi.com/flipnotestudio/index.jsp will redirect you to the main page, but going to a page that obviously wouldn't exist http://nintendodsi.com/flipnotestudio/chibi-link.jsp gives you an error. That means the index page exists, but is currently not ready.
I mean I would add the source from my rep about it and it's due friday for Europe/AU and i think we'll get it monday. since they get it friday. I hope that's all ..... Also the site i just got now. is not up yet. but here's the link. http://flipnote.hatena.com that's where we will upload the drawings from the application.
