It's funny I wrote a letter to Nintendo about 10 months ago asking them if they had a DS version of Gold, Crystal, and Silver in the making and they said no. Now they are making one. cool

Like SUPERZELDAMAN said, I'm going for SoulSilver because I actually like Ho-Oh more (phoenixes and all that). He deserves to be the Lv. 70 Pokemon, not that stupid silver Lugie bird, or whatever he's called.
Also SoulSilver is a cooler name.
If, however, Nintendo decides to mess this up and Lugia's a higher or equal level in SS, then I will be getting HeartGold. I may change my mind even if they don't change it, 'cause that Ho-Oh figurine is mighty tempting.

Good, I was worried. Nintendo can be veeeeeery persuasive sometimes.
I also did not buy Pearl. I did buy both Diamond and Platinum. That's not as bad, though I wish I could wait and just buy the superior third version. I have no patience when it comes to Pokemon.

i wont be getting a third version of these (Brain Crystal?) because then i will have 3 of the same game lol. i like the first silver version . if you guys dont have it i would recommend getting it its awesome even though its a gbc game

I love both Lugia and Ho-oh so I'm glad that i can get a chance to catch both.... I had original Silver a long time ago ... I might want to choose Heart Gold this time around... or maybe I'll just get both eventually but yeah this game is going to sell me a DS

im getting silver even though i had original silver because iwant to see the improvemennts over it better and silver is better anyways. better silver only pokemon because my friend has gold but he always wants to borrow silver lol lvl 99 typhlosion beat it for me the first time at age 6. my second strongest pokemon was a lvl 11 onyx. you can image how hard beating ash was!
