Who is going to use the guide? When I pre-ordered it, the person working asked me if I wanted to pre-order the Guidebook also. I thought he was crazy.

who would need a guide for a game like this? haha, at least not the ones who beated the game ten years ago.

I'm going through a spastic stage of pokemon hype right now. I just played through leaf green, and now I'm starting on fire red. I'm planning on having an only female pokemon team, don't ask why. It's no question that I'm getting heartgold, especially since it's the only generation of pokemon I've never played before.

I had the Original Silver, so I'm going to get SoulSilver. I'm going to start with Cyndaquil since that's the pokemon I got in Silver and it owned.

Which should I get (since I'm getting a DSi XL when it comes out)? I still have my Gold cartridge from long ago (and a GBA to play it with) so I'm leaning toward getting Soul Silver this time. Good choice or should I go (Heart) Gold again?

I am so hyped about this game! Going to get Heart Gold, pre ordered it today while getting my special Gamestop Pichus (Diamond and Platinum). BTW the Gamestop clerk let it slip there might be another event when HGSS came out cause Nintendo was supposed to give him another disc later. And he wasn't referring to the Pichu HGSS transfer either. :]
