Personally, i really like reflect missile. Theres no time limit, and you can take as long as you want to decide how to launch your missile. (i think its called trajectile in the U.S) The graphic style is very attractive and has somewhat of a simple feel, and if you want something that lasts long, it has 200 stages. Its 500 points.
insert witty text here i would normally write something funny, but i feel like a nublet here.
Sorry to revive an old thread, but I've been looking for DSiWare games I can relax with and play at my own pace too. Zengage/Nemrem is the only Art Style game I don't have, and I keep reading glowing praise and damning criticism of the game at the same time. What's up with that? It's tempting to get it but so many people seem disappointed by it.
Sometimes I feel like my DSiWare games are too much of a rush with real-time gameplay and timers. Sometimes I just want to relax.
Spotto! is like Trajectile and doesn't have a timer. You could also look at Fieldrunners, which lets you pause the game any time to build and upgrade towers.
I personally love Nemrem. It's a nice relaxing game, and the puzzles just keep on coming. Every time I thought I was on the last group, another 9 would unlock. Each group adding a new element to keep things fresh. The ambient soundtrack is memorably odd (Fuji being the one that really sticks in my head). You can essentially go for gold in the stages too, by trying to beat them with the minimum amount of moves. Once you do, the stage # turns orange, and once you get gold on all 9 in a group you're rewarded with some random creature drawing on the top screen (butterfly, mushroom ect.). It really reminds me of Glow Artisan, in that you can take your time and you often have to think several steps in advance. I would say I like it a little better than GA actually, because it offers more gameplay variety, and has a more unique style.
Any of the three choices mentioned (Spotto!, Zengage or Trajectile) are good games, but be prepared for a tough challenge with Zengage and a long game with Trajectile.
I really like trajectile. It is very relaxing, and you can take your time. It's lasted me a very long time too. Whenever I want to sit down and play a game for just a few minutes, I can usually get through 2 or 3 levels. And, though I've had it since January, I'm still only half way through. It's a great game!

Trajectile, Bejeweled Twist, Flipper (if a bad guy isn't bearing down on you), Number Battle, Glow Artisan, Spotto! and Robot Rescue (when you're not on a conveyor belt) all fit the bill for non-rushing games. I don't reccomend ZENGAGE though, unless you really like sliding tile puzzles.
