How did this game do in the west sales-wise? My girlfriend picked it up for my birthday and I'm absolutely loving it!

There's a chance of a sequel sure (I think it did fairly well sales and review wise), but it's not going to be yet. After all, the game only came out in 2012, and a sequel is likely in maybe 2014 at the earliest.
I liked how in conquest, all the characters are real people.

That was cool and i think they could easily do a sequel. In the flying war lords story the narrator goes after uniting ransei masume went off to a foreign land but that is a story for another day.
