Topic: Load DS games in native resolution by default?

Does anyone know if there's any way to change the settings to load DS games in their native resolution by default?

On the XL, they look identical to a DS screen, so for me it's much preferable to the stretched view . . . but holding down the Start button every time is tedious, and I often forget, which irritates me.

Well sorry, you're just going to have to use the start button because you can't load it in their native resolution by default. I know it's annoying, but you're just gonna have to live with it unfortunately.

Argh. I wish they'd put out an update with an option to change that.

It's not that hard to hold down the "start" or "select" buttons, you know..

Why is it smaller than it ever was the ds screen with native resolustion?! I just now tried it because I never knew how do it till now but it's rediculously small.

Because the 3DS screen has a higher resolution than the DS screen. That's why the pixels are stretched in non-native resolution

On the XL, though, it matches the regular DS screen size. So, much better IMO.

And it's true that it isn't "hard" to hold down the start button, but it is tedious and easy to forget, especially if you've been playing a lot of 3DS games.
