Topic: Good deals on 3DS games?

I thought for sure there was a deals thread, but I couldn't find it. If anyone has a link, I'd appreciate it (and I'll move this post there)

So I'm kind of starved for games on 3DS. Not because of a lack of games available, but because the prices are insane. I'm someone who likes to pick up games at high discounts. Right now I'm in Wii game heaven, with most games selling used for 15 dollars or less.

I have a really hard time putting 35 or 40 dollars down on a 3DS game, especially when I recently spent full price on Smash 3DS. So are there any good deals on these games?

If you're NA, K-Mart has DKCR3D for 20, Luigi's Mansion for 20, Kirby Triple Deluxe for 20. Price match is our friend.

OoT, Fire Emblem, Kid Icarus are pretty hard to find cheap. SMTIV goes on sale on the eShop all the time. Capcom will eventually put MH3U on sale again though you can probably find it around 20 if you look.

I think Yacht Club has said there's no sale coming soon for Shovel Knight. Worth the 15 anyway.

40 dollars is an insane price to pay for a game?Wow okay back to the topic like almost every game you have on your list is at 40 dollars and will never change.like Ocarina of time 3d,Kid icarus Uprising still costs 40 dollars.Persona Q it barley came out and it costs like 50 right now so wait next year to be at a good price.DKCR 3D costs like 30 Monster Hunter 3 as well so wait for that game to be on sale.And shovel knight that game you will have to wait for a while to be on sale.But seriously all these games costs more than 20 dollars friendo,you better find a job or something if you want them.

I'm in college. Any job I get goes to tuition. Games come from savings and the small amount of disposable income I get from my parents.

Considering that most games I own were less than 15 dollars when I bought them, I'd say 40 is pretty steep. Used games are on the table too.

@Webby-sama Thanks. I haven't seen a K-Mart in years, but I'll definitely capitalize on price match. I'm not always the biggest 2D platformer fan, and I'm not too familiar with the NES era of games or the Megaman series. So Shovel Knight is very much a risk for me, making 15 dollars not really worth it.
