Topic: 3DS vs XL

3DS arrived this morning with Luigi's Mansion 2. Updated and downloaded some Demos. Just wanted to ask, should I invest in a bigger SD card? I may plan to download some games and I know I'll have a free download game from the eShop through the 4 for 3 promotion.

Depend on your need if you do download alot of game from eshop and demos then go for a larger one, dont forget the xl comes with 4 gb

sd-cards are dirtcheap.

i have a 16gb micro sd-card which has plenty of space left though i dont even want to download retail games (maybe animal crossing). i still have every single demo that came out and a few eshop games.

The only one im really gonna download (Because of the ridiculous digital prices) is Animal Crossing when its released, and thats only because its going to be my free game with the So Many Games promotion.

Unless theres other promotions like that in the future, then i think all my games will be retail.

I'm planning on getting an XL myself, sooner or later depending on my funds and whether or not I can find a good deal online via Amazon/Ebay.

The only thing I like the most about the original 3DS is the painting (even if it easily gets fingerprints) because looks amazing.

In every other aspect, the 3DS XL is better.
