I agree about heatran but if it's in the ou tier it still counts. And mine doesn't even have an item (leftovers) with that it becomes even more op

I thought that thing was in the legendary tier kinda dumb that Smogon bans mega lucario and not heatran that thing has 300+ everything except speed but still >,> hate it

@cookiesugar if the move is not super effective it can survive with low hp but with its speed and timid nature it can outrun most pokes. Just don't get hit with An ice shard. Here's the set:

Ev spread: 255 speed, 249 sp. attack, 6 hp/ 255 speed, 255 sp. attack

Fire blast/ flame thrower (not sure it can learn fire blast)
