Re: Hands On: Nintendo Switch Sports Has Great Highs, But Disappointing Lows

townee

when nintendo launched wii sports, and wii resort (sports) the devs clearly were excited by what they had to offer famlies - a new fun way to game (while pantomiming). by the time wii u sports club was released, nintendo had severely limited the offerings, while attempting to make the controls more responsive - if way more problematic (and, the company relegated the really charming stuff to titles like wii party u, and such).

gone are wahu island, pilotwings fly-over, bicycling tour, beach sword battle, wakeboarding, table tennis, basketball, frisbie dog, etc ... (hell ... i'd be happy if i could still fly platform to platform flapping my arms like a chicken to get fit), or attempt a pole vault/long jump!
